The service
Rapha is clinic management software for dental clinics. During the pilot it is provided free of charge and may change as we improve it. We'll tell participating clinics about significant changes in advance.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation from a clinic. Keep your password and two-factor device to yourself, and tell your clinic or Rapha straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Your clinic's data
Each clinic owns its records and is responsible for having a lawful basis and patient consent to process them. Rapha processes clinic data only to provide the service, under a data processing agreement with the clinic. Clinics can export their records at any time.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, try to access data that isn't yours, or interfere with its security or availability.
Receipts and taxes
Rapha does not issue BIR official receipts. Clinics remain responsible for their own invoicing and tax obligations.
