Privacy notice

Who we are

Rapha provides software that dental clinics in the Philippines use to manage patient records, appointments and billing. This notice covers this website and the demo request form. Patient records inside the app are governed by each clinic's own privacy notice; the clinic is the personal information controller and Rapha processes that data on its behalf.

What we collect

• When you request a demo: your name, role, clinic name, city, number of dentists, mobile number or email, and your message.
• When you visit: the technical information any website receives (such as your IP address and browser), used to keep the site secure and working.

Why we use it

To contact you about a demo of Rapha and answer your questions, with your consent. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless your clinic becomes a Rapha customer.

Where it is stored

On servers in Singapore operated by our hosting providers, protected by access controls and encrypted in transit.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw your consent, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. To exercise these rights, contact us using the demo request form, mentioning “privacy”.
